The feature
Hi,
It would be helpful to make the External Libraries table in the Administration panel sortable by its columns: Name, Owner, Photos, Videos, and Size.
When managing multiple external libraries, it is currently difficult to quickly find the largest external library, sort libraries alphabetically, compare libraries by owner, or compare libraries by the number of photos/videos and total size.
Expected behavior:
Clicking a column header should sort the table in ascending/descending order.
Numeric columns such as Photos, Videos, and Size should use numeric sorting, not text sorting. The Size column should sort by the actual storage size value.
This would be a small usability improvement for users who manage several external libraries, especially on NAS or shared storage.
I found some related discussions/issues about external library sorting and management, but I could not find an existing request specifically about making the External Libraries administration table sortable by its columns.
Thank you for considering this improvement.
