[Feature] Bulk flip lat and/or long location on photos

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I had a heap of videos imported from Snapchat which somehow had the lat flipped positive and ended up in the ocean. I manually changed them to negative, but maybe a way to bulk select assets and flip the lat and/or long without changing the value.
Currently bulk selecting to change location doesn't retain the individual asset's values.
