[Feature] Add ability to filter album contents by asset type (photos vs videos)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

There is currently no way to filter an album to show only photos or only videos. Users with mixed-media albums have no way to quickly browse by a specific type. A simple filter toggle or dropdown at the album level would significantly improve navigation for large mixed albums.

Hey there! I went ahead and implemented this album-specific asset filtering on the web/server side just for fun and to see how it would look.
