[Feature] Increase the maximum configurable "Delay new assets backup" interval (up to 30 days or custom value)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

First of all, thank you for adding the Delay new assets backup option—it is a very useful feature.

I would like to request increasing the maximum configurable delay from the current 10 minutes to something much longer (for example up to 30 days), or alternatively allowing users to enter a custom duration.

This would be a backwards-compatible enhancement. The default behaviour would remain unchanged, while users with different workflows could choose a longer delay.

Why?
Many users don't review photos immediately after taking them.

For example, when travelling or attending events, I may take hundreds of photos over several days, including:

• multiple shots of the same subject
• burst photos
• different compositions or exposures
• test shots
• accidental captures

I rarely have time to review these immediately. Instead, I usually wait until the end of the trip—or several days later—to compare them and delete:

• duplicates
• blurry photos
• accidental photos
• unwanted screenshots
• test shots

Only after that do I want the remaining photos backed up.

The current 10-minute maximum is too short for this workflow.

Benefits
A longer configurable delay would reduce unnecessary:

• mobile data usage
• Wi-Fi bandwidth usage
• phone battery consumption
• server storage usage
• thumbnail generation
• metadata extraction
• machine learning processing
• indexing
• later cleanup of unwanted assets from the Immich server

This would especially benefit:

• travellers
• photographers
• parents taking many photos of children
• users of burst mode
• anyone who prefers to curate photos before backing them up

Suggested implementation
Increase the maximum configurable value to something like:

• 10 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 1 hour
• 6 hours
• 12 hours
• 1 day
• 3 days
• 7 days
• 10 days
• 30 days

Or, even better, allow users to specify any custom duration.

Since this feature already exists, this would simply extend its usefulness without changing the default behaviour for existing users.

Screenshot
The attached screenshot shows that the current maximum delay is limited to 10 minutes, which is insufficient for users who intentionally review and curate their photos over several days before backing them up.
