[Feature] Mobile app - Bulk Restore

The feature

In special cases like a total device data wipe or a device failure, it could be good to have a "restore" function available in the mobile app.

This feature would allow the user to select a starting and end date of the library and restore it to the device native photo app.

Would be targeted at users (i.e. family members, or others) that are not using the Immich app for their photos and only use the native app.
