[Feature] [UI] Review Duplicates - keep next/previous buttons in fixed place

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Very subtle I request. I have ~1500 duplicates and want to scan them rather quickly as most are from a few folder. However when I click next or previous the buttons change location on screen - so mouse needs to be moved for each next click.

The picture sizes look stable to my eye, however the amount of rows of info below each photo causes the buttons to move vertically.

Not a UI expert but buttons could be above the photos - they would always be in the same location. rather than fixing the space below the photos which differs per "duplicate"
