[Feature] Schedule nightly at startup

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Reason:

I am running Immich locally on my normal PC. That PC isn't always on, so any nightly schedule time won't reliably trigger the nightly.

Feature:

Running the nightly at startup or maybe some other smart solution that checks current system load.
