[Feature] Better infos/warning when detected faces miss face recognition

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When face detection has been run on an image, and faces were detected, but the recognition was not run yet, running "Refresh faces" will not make the faces show up. It would be great to:
a) have refresh faces trigger the recognition of the faces if not recognition was run on them yet
b) have a warning/more information on the face detection and face recognition status of an image
