[Feature] Don't tag peoples faces on photos older than their birthday

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have found that a have a heap of older photos that have been added from before my 2nd daughter was born, and Immich has face tagged her as a random face is many, many,. many photos. And since she wasnt born yet there is no way she is in them

Would be great to make sure when ML face tagging that it might also do a date test photo date >= birth date then could be else definitely not them

But if it is already done then why did Immich mark them on photos older than their birthday?
