[Feature] Favorite/Unfavorite people on mobile

The feature

The Immich web app allows users to favorite and unfavorite people from the People list. Favorited people are visually indicated with a heart and are shown at the top of the list. They are also shown first in the search page people filter.

The mobile app currently lacks the ability to show and manage a person's favorite status. Since other options are not in the People list, but the person view on mobile (i.e. after clicking a face in the People list), the favorite/unfavorite action should be located there in a suitable way. I propose adding a heart button next to the three-dot-menu in the person view, similar to photo favoriting.

This is a request for feature parity, the necessary changes are constrained to the mobile app code.

Acceptance criteria

• A user can favorite a person within the person view in the mobile app.
• A user can unfavorite a previously favorited person within the person view.
• Favorited people display a heart indicator in the People list.
• Favorite status is synchronized with the server.
• Favorited people are displayed before non-favorited people.
• After favoriting or unfavoriting a person, the People list updates without needing a refresh.
• The People picker (filter) on the Search page shows favorited people before non-favorited people.
• People page and Search filter keep all previous functionality and performance.
