[Feature] Configurable refresh interval for the iOS widget

The feature

I would like to request an option to configure the refresh interval of the Immich iOS widget.

Currently, the widget appears to refresh its displayed photo at seemingly random times. I cannot identify a consistent refresh interval or understand what determines when a new photo is selected.

It would be useful to have an explicit setting that allows the user to choose the desired refresh interval.

For example:

1 minute
5 minutes
10 minutes
15 minutes
30 minutes
1 hour
2 hours
4 hours
6 hours
12 hours
24 hours

Ideally, the setting could allow a custom interval from 1 minute up to N hours.

The selected value could represent the desired/minimum refresh interval, while the actual refresh would still be subject to iOS WidgetKit limitations and scheduling policies.
