[Feature] Ability to view time-based memories in android app even it is disabled on server side

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When time-based memories are disabled on server I still can see them in explore folder in web version



, but in android app folder Memories is empty.

This looks like a bug to me. If memories are disabled, they should not appear anywhere.

If this is not intended behavior, then it's a bug. I thought that enabling the time-based memories option also enables their display on the home screen. It would be useful to have the ability to view time-based memories without having them shown on the home screen.
