[Feature] Memories link in the webui and mobile

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have seen in the latest version of immic (3.2.2) that once you finish to see the memories, you landed in the page http://my-server:my-port/memories with the list of recentl memories created by the application. I don't find any direct link from the WebUI or Mobile app to get to this page without exploring first your memories. I think it would be great to be able to see this directly

Account settings > Features > Time-based memories, and then enable the Sidebar toggle https://my.immich.app/user-settings?isOpen=feature+memories
