UI: Use uniform language for "login", "sign out"

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

This is a minor "fit & finish" issue.

Right now, both the web UI and the Android app use this inconsistent pair of terminology:
"Login", "Sign Out"

Terminology for logging in should be a consistent pair of
{"Login", "Logout"} or {"Sign In", "Sign Out"}

I don't know if any of the translations also have this problem. Thanks!

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Immich home page (while signed out). Button says "Login"
2. Login.
3. Click user profile pic in upper right corner. Menu says "Sign Out".
