[Feature] Ability to merge people by name

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The desktop version has this fabulous feature where you can merge people - i.e. images that got categorised as two persons, but belong to one.

I'd like to have this feature in the mobile app as well.
