[Feature] show file owner outside of albums

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When viewing a shared album, it is clear which user owns the file. When viewing a photo from the timeline or the detailed view (but not via a shared album), the only way to know it isn't yours is the fact you can't delete it. I just think it is useful information to know who's file it is in those cases too.

I did see #17143 but read it as being specific to shared albums, as that is what is stated in the body. I'm talking about shared libraries. But I see the similarity and hope it will get addressed. Thanks
