[Feature] Step in workflow: Add EXIF information from filename

The feature

I would like to be able to have a workflow in Immich that when the EXIF metadata is empty for certain fields, I can populate the data from the filename E.g. date/time.

@alvtrak Immich writes everything to XMP files rather than writing to your images. When you share your images, they will not contain those files.

Yes, I could see a utility that does this though. Just be aware of what you're getting and what you're not getting. Cheers!
