[Feature] Surface ML data in Workflows

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Apologies if there's already a thread about this, I couldn't find one.

I would like for there to be workflow triggers for "Faces Changed", "CLIP Classification Complete", and "OCR Recognition Complete".

And I would also like corresponding options to filter by faces, filter by CLIP classification, and filter by recognised text.
