[Feature] Rotate Video playback in Web / App

The feature

The following is the problem: I am filming videos with my action cam, which is mounted upside down on my motorcycle helmet; it would be great to have the feature to rotate the video playback by 90 or 180 degrees so I do not have to tilt my head to show a video to a friend. This does not need to rerender the video, just provide the user with an additional feature to turn the image. This would also be needed for videos that are sent within shared links.
