[Feature] Add human-readable cron expression preview & validator in Admin UI

Description

Currently, entering cron expressions in the admin settings requires manual verification, which can be error-prone and confusing for non-technical users.

It would be a significant UX improvement to add an inline cron parser/preview component next to all cron input fields across the admin panel.

Proposed Solution

• Human-readable explanation: Display the translated plain-English schedule directly beneath or beside the input (e.g., "At 23:10:00 every day").
• Next run preview: Show the next upcoming execution time(s) based on the input expression to help users verify their configuration.
• Validation feedback: Instantly warn users if the syntax is invalid or incompatible (e.g., 5-field standard vs. 6-field with seconds).

References / Suggested Implementation

• JavaScript cron parser libraries such as cron-parser can parse expressions and generate human-readable descriptions directly on the client side.
