[Feature] Birthday reminder notification?

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

As it sounds; nice little notification at a user-defined time period before the birthday of a certain person.

i.e.; Set a 7-day reminder of a particular friend/relative that their birthday is approaching.

Like many of us going to self-hosting, and not using social media platforms as our source data, it would be a little nice to have feature if possible to code in.
