This is very much a duplicate of easily-findable existing threads ;) It's also being added in the latest releases. |

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.
The feature
Problem Description:
In our household setup, the admin account stores and manages almost all photos, while other family members have their own individual accounts. The admin shares these photos with the family members using the Partner Sharing feature. Some family members don't upload any photos of their own, but I would love for them to be able to fully utilize the Facial Recognition (Explore) feature.
Currently, facial recognition data and person grouping on the Explore page seem strictly tied to a user's own uploaded or owned assets. Even though family members can see the shared photos via Partner Sharing, they cannot select or browse people based on facial recognition from the shared assets on their own accounts.
Proposed Solution:
It would be amazing if facial recognition could also scan and aggregate faces from partner-shared assets, or give users the option to include shared/partner assets in their Explore / People view. This way, family members who rely on a central admin/partner share can still enjoy the full person-tagging and face-browsing experience without needing to upload duplicate libraries.
