Windows server support

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

We hope to get support for the Windows server. On September 30 of this year, Microsoft released WSL 3.0, which includes WSLc that can run Docker directly. This allows the Immich server to be migrated to the Windows side without too many changes. Has the developer considered adapting it for Windows?

It sounds like you can just use Docker, then? We have no plans to add any Windows specific deployment (or any new deployment in general).
