[Feature] Search by star rating range

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

With the new search UI (v3.2.0) it is now easier to select the star rating to search for – but it still isn't possible to search for a rating range. I'd expect to be able to toggle multiple star ratings in the Advanced search section. For example, if I want to search for "anything with at least two stars" I'd toggle on the 2, 3, 4 and 5 ratings.

I'm not entirely sure if this should be a bug report instead of a feature request, i.e. if what I described is already intended and just doesn't work for me?
