[Feature] Hope to enhance the image sharing features of Immich.

The feature

I think Immich does an excellent job of managing photos and videos. With that foundation, could a set of image hosting API endpoints be added? This would allow third-party platforms to upload files via the API.

While using Immich, we not only need to manage photos and videos captured by cameras, but we also have many images and videos from note-taking that we want to store in Immich for centralized collection. For example, we may need to attach photos and videos in note-taking apps such as Obsidian, SiYuan, Joplin, Notion, and Trilium. We may also publish images and videos on other third-party blogs and forums, yet still want all these assets stored within Immich for easy browsing and storage. This requires Immich to have a more complete system.

Although it is already possible to share photos and videos from Immich and copy the direct file links for use on external platforms, this approach is suboptimal and incomplete, for the following reasons:

1. Sharing is only passive within Immich. Shared links are hard to manage, and the process to obtain direct file links is overly cumbersome. Every time you need to browse the share page and right-click to copy the direct link, which is tedious. The experience is even worse on mobile devices and barely usable.
2. I also hope to add API endpoints so third-party tools like Lsky Pro, CloudFlare-ImgBed and other platforms can directly upload images and videos to Immich. Assets uploaded via the API could be separated into their own group for easier management.
