[Feature] Workflows: placeholders in album name

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I want to create a workflow that filters an asset based on the location, every asset outside of my country (i declare it myself in the filter) will pass that filter to the next node. The next node will get the year of the asset and the country-name and will deploy it in the specified album in a name schema that i want for example "{Country} Vacation {Year}".

Of course other placeholders would be nice too (all data that an asset gives you could be an placeholder ...)
Maybe an "fallback" if the asset has no country assigned by its location to another album would work too - in generel an if/else node would be cool too

hmm dont know if there is something in progress or not ... and kinda too many wishes that not completly aim the same target i guess
