Prompt for mTLS cert on URL fail

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When server URL validation fails due to a missing client certificate, the app only shows a red error.

The import option is currently buried and hard to discover. Offer the certificate import right next to the server URL field (or on failure), then retry validation. This would greatly improve UX for mTLS setups like Cloudflare Tunnel.
