[Feature] Run jobs on a given date range

The feature

It would be nice if it was possible to run jobs (especially the ML jobs, tagging, face etc.) on a specific range of dates.
I have the ML container on a separate server, and now I realise that it has not been running for the last 2 weeks. Now if I want to get those last 2 weeks of pictures classified and run facial recognition I have to run it for my entire library. Because the images that are not tagged are not labelled in any way now it will scan old pictures that have no faces and that they were already scanned.

To solve this I see 2 options, either tag scanned pictures in some way. Or let the user select a range of dates where the tagging/ML recognition will be executed.
