[BUG] New server version notification shown on iOS when no compatible iOS clients are available

The bug

It takes some time to Apple to approve new version. As a result when breaking changes on the server happen the app isn't usable on iOS.

Suggestions:

• do not show notification when all clients aren't available yet.
• do not show notification for the iOS client when new iOS client isn't available yet.
• show extra "status" indicator whether particular client is already available. The dialog should have red/green indicator showing whether iOS app is already approved/available
