[Feature] Show classification progress to any user, not only admin

The feature

Hi, I realize the progress on tag and face clustering is only available to admin.
As a result, an admin with no picture will see some progress that don't correspond to any of its actions. Conversely, a regular user has no way to know about this progress.

Suggestions:

1. make the progress available to non-admin user
2. Bonus: make an detailed admin pane where the progress is split between users (not easy if there are common pics between users)
3. Improve the stats: Show number of processed items, item being processed, number of items in the queue and total number of items found. This informs the person about whether there was a mistake and the entire library is being reprocessed, or whether everything is normal and it's just the new assets that are being processed.

Ok, this feature is clearly not a priority, but I wanted to share everything on my mind.
