[Feature] Video trim

The feature

Typical use case, we take videos from our phones and automatically upload them to Immich, and they usually tend to be way longer than necessary. Would be awesome, to have an option, to trim videos, I believe ffmpeg can easily do it, so you would just have to do an UI for it right? Optionally, it could allow selecting multiple parts of the video to join.

I could not find any free server based solution, that can edit videos hosted locally in the server, but if there is something else, we could have an integration instead maybe.
