[Feature] Foward and Back buttons to skip to date on timeline view #6407

The feature

When scrolling through photos in the timeline view, it would be helpful for a couple things

Drop down selector for which album to show (mine, shared, all)
Forward-Back buttons to skip to the next date section

And possibly other things to filter the views.
