[Feature] Add option to skip files when backing up

The feature

It would be wonderful to have an option on the context menu for a picture or video to not upload or be skipped. For example, I have a very long 30ishGB video on my phone. It can't seem to upload even when I'm on the same network as my server. I would love to have the ability to manually mark that file to skip when uploading.
