[Feature] Abnormal file and parental controls

The feature

As a parent, I would like to have visibility of any issues maybe in an album, but as a parent as an admin, so that I can have more control of what my server is storing.

Parental-wise, it would be amazing to flag potentially bad images, pornographic for example. I don't want to invade privacy, so maybe just flag a filename, date and time? Or allow me to see why the system feels it's failing.

But less tricky would be when someone uploads a video file > 500Mb, for example. Should we be storing full episodes? Or long videos they may have filled? Allow us to ping it saying "Do you really need this on the server"? type things.
