Album View has incorrect date range information in album list

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

I create albums for each year I have photos. For instance, I have a 2024 album containing photos dated 1/1/2024 to 12/31/2024

Depending on the date/time of the earliest photo in the album, sometimes in the album view on the web it says
2024 (album name)
Dec 2023 - Dec 2024

In other "by year" albums, it gets it right: Jan - Dec 2015

Reproduction steps

1. Create an album called 2024
2. Add all your pics from 1/1/2024 to 12/31/2024 to that album
3. Depending on the date of the earliest photo, the album view will sometimes show Dec 2023 - Dec 2024, but other times it gets it right as in Jan - Dec 2024

IIRC this has been fixed recently, so that tracks. Closing until OP may report they're still experiencing this.
