Combine ShowMemories with Tags

I'm currently using ImmichFrame with ShowMemories: true to display Memories on a living room display. This works as expected, but it shows every Memory for the current day, including many photos that aren't suitable for a shared picture frame.

To filter these, I've started tagging the photos I'd like to display with the tag Frame. However, it appears that ImmichFrame does not apply tag filtering when displaying Memories. I'm still seeing all Memory photos instead of only those tagged with frame.

Is this expected behavior, or is there a configuration option I'm missing? My current configuration is shown below:

    ShowVideos: false
    Tags:
      - 'Frame'

Expected behavior. Think of them like buckets. Memories is one bucket, and now you have a second bucket with ‘frame’ tagged photos. It will pull from both buckets. Same for People and Albums. Haven’t tried it, but instead of tagging unwanted images you could add them to an album (e.g. ExcludedFromFrames) and add that as an excluded album.
