Extends the release workflow to support independent Passport and Audience releases, removes dead Marketplace references, and adds a smart CI gate to unblock workflow-only PRs.
update-version.yml: adds apackagedropdown (passport/audience), removes Marketplace, gates Passport-only steps (samples copy, SdkVersionInfoHelpers) behind the selection, setspassport-releaseoraudience-releaselabel accordinglytag.yml: handles both labels — createsv{VERSION}for Passport,audience/v{VERSION}for Audience; TS SDK index.html check only runs for Passportrelease.yml: detects Audience tags (audience/prefix) and skips the Passport-specific TS SDK version line; marks releases withalphain the tag name as prereleasescheck_team_membership.sh: checks membership across bothped-stream-sdk-integrations-listandped-stream-blockchain-services-listtest-audience-sample-app.yml: replaces the top-level path filter with apaths-changeddetection job;ci-gate(the required check) passes immediately when no Audience paths changed, and fails only if tests actually fail or are cancelledpackage.jsonleft at0.1.0so the workflow can be tested end-to-endCloses SDK-304.
