USDA publishes new Beale codes every 10 years. 2023 data was released in 2024 an is available here: https://www.ers.usda.gov/data-products/rural-urban-continuum-codes
NAACCR (the standard setter for the Rural-Urban algorithm) and NPCR requested an update to the library to implement the 2023 lookups during a call on 7/6/26.
