feat: major TUI overhaul - live streaming, colors, spinners, auto-select

1. Live Terraform output streaming during deploy
   - New run_command_streaming() streams stdout/stderr line by line
   - Each line sent as DeployLogLine event to TUI in real time
   - Deploy screen shows last 30 lines, scrollable with Up/Down

2. Auto-select openclaw pack and builder profile
   - Experimental packs filtered from selection
   - openclaw auto-selected and skips to profile
   - builder auto-selected and skips to method

3. Spinner animation on active deploy steps
   - Braille spinner (⠋⠙⠹⠸⠼⠴⠦⠧⠇⠏) on current step
   - ✓ green for completed, ✗ red for failed, • gray for pending
   - 100ms tick interval drives animation

4. Colors throughout the TUI
   - Cyan for labels/phases, Green for values/completed
   - Yellow for active items, Red for errors, DarkGray for logs
   - Bold highlighted selections in pack/profile/method screens
   - Checklist sidebar: green past, yellow current, gray future

5. Welcome screen with ASCII art title and version
   - 'Press Enter to begin' prompt
   - Review screen shows 'Press Enter to deploy'
