Gargantua 0.4.5
[0.4.5] - 2026-06-23
Added
-
Full-table process search. The search field now scans the entire running process table instead of the captured top-50 snapshot, so idle daemons and low-resource helpers are never silently excluded. Matches command name, executable path, PID, and parent name; results capped at 200.
-
Parent process attribution. Child processes now show the name of the process that spawned them — visible in the row header and expandable detail — so you can trace a mystery helper back to its launcher. Tapping the parent name (or using the context menu) scrolls to and expands that row in the list.
Fixed
- AI advisory engine assignment now respected. The Review Advisories and Suspicious Triage panels in Deep Clean, AI Models, Background Items, and Process Inventory were hardwired to the local Template/MLX engine regardless of the Settings AI assignment. Cloud, Claude Code, and Codex selections now take effect; the advisory sheet CTA reflects the configured engine rather than always prompting to enable local AI.
