I'd recommend creating an inclusivenaming Google calendar as that's also something nice to link to here. It lets folks subscribe to your calendar for updates.

Additionally, its helpful to have a Google Doc for Agenda/Meeting minutes for a meeting. Generally, I usually only include things like Zoom details in the Agenda/Meeting Minutes doc and have all references point to it (website, meetings, etc) because it means when things change (and they always change) there's exactly one place to change :)

I'd highly recommend a calendar event rather than an 'invite'. My experience with 'invites' for large groups is they inevitably go haywire ;)

For now put LF, CNCF, IBM, Red Hat, Cisco, VMWare logos (and Pri will tell me what to remove if needed) TODO: Pri to review logos for OK's, Getting approval from VMWare, IBM
