- Upgrade to latest cibuildwheel (v2.23.2) and actions
- Add macOS Apple Silicon (macos-14) support
- Implement trusted publishing with OIDC
- Add artifact attestations for enhanced security
- Improve artifact naming for better organization
- Add workflow_dispatch trigger for manual testing execution
- Update runner OS versions to latest
