Segmentation fault when used on non existing file

When trying to open non existing file, Python segfaults:

>>> import tagpy
>>> fr= tagpy.FileRef ('does_not_exist.ogg')

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

That's really TagLib's crash. I've worked around it in git.
