[TASK] Move keybindings to a separate config

Summary

Keybinding takes too much space in the main config and therefore it should be generated as a separate config.

Acceptance Criteria

• There is a new config file under <configDir>/keybindings.yaml
• The keybindings is removed from the main config
• The code considers only the separate config
• Documentation is adjusted (if applicable)
• It's tested
