Add support for external links

Describe the Addition

There's a chance I missed it, but from what I understand there's currently only two types of links: Images, and other Quests
I'd love to see support for external links, such as to websites.
e.g. linking to a YouTube tutorial or a Wiki for a mod.

A good way of doing this could be to further integrate support for the tellraw formatting, specifically the clickEvent Json element.
It appears it's recognized internally, as the mouse updates accordingly, however the clickEvent doesn't currently do anything when pressed
