Since the Safari 12 update, JSB will cause a popup to appear saying that JSB could not be installed every-time you open safari and about once every 5 minutes.
Maybe you should add JSB to the App store ?

JSB cannot and will not be updated to be an app store app. There's nothing I can do at this point.
