Actual behavior

I'm trying to deploy on Windows.

The docs says:

If you are on Windows with Docker Desktop, then you must use docker-machine to set vm.max_map_count
docker-machine ssh

I have installed Docker Desktop, but I don't have docker-machine.

In fact, it seems to be a deprecated program.

Expected behavior

The docs should provide instructions for programs that are actually installed

Typically, people utilize WSL on Windows to simulate Linux envirement for deployment of this project.
