[Question]: The maximum length of file upload names is limited

Similar to the #6060 problem, I get an error when I upload a pdf file that is too long.
But the actual situation is that the pdf is a paper, the name is so long, and it is more troublesome to manually modify one by one locally;
Can this detection limit be removed in a written version? Or just limit the maximum length of file names to 255?
