Update web site telemetry page to describe 3 Core and Enterprise

Currently, https://www.influxdata.com/telemetry/ is still specific to OSS v2. It should reflect Core and Enterprise.

• Engineering/Product: review the current Core and Enterprise telemetry pages for accuracy and completeness
• Marketing: update https://www.influxdata.com/telemetry/ to reflect InfluxDB 3 Core and Enterprise
• Docs: copy existing https://www.influxdata.com/telemetry/ content to influxdb/v2

@peterbarnett03 @hiltontj Can you review these telemetry pages to make sure they're up-to-date? The only difference between the pages currently is the reported product name.
