Objective:

Initial implementation of the Notify Docs button. This is the simplest integration, adding a button in the README.md that directs users to the Docs Chatbot created by @jstirnaman

Purpose:

To provide users with quick access to documentation-related support directly from the repository.

To-do:

Add Notify Docs button to README.md linking to the Docs chatbot

- Implement GitHub Actions for workflow automation (e.g., triggering the chatbot using comments like /ask-doc)
